Create a "Mantra" for yourself. Every day is new, remind yourself something positive. Repeat it to yourself. Write it in lipstick on your mirror, paint it in a picture, chalk it on the sidewalk for others, scribble it on a napkin. I'll be sharing new ones periodically! This above Mantra is from Lady Gaga. This is her explanation of it. It actually came from a post from 2017 "Here are some "mantras" I will be using, if you choose to meditate with me I will explain how I use them. I usually alternate between two and find them very affective for calming down my nervous system. Otherwise silence and prayer are are all welcome. This is time for you and us to come together in unity and peace."

Set a schedule. It is important to be aware of what is happening, but don't be attached to media all day. Check it only at certain times. Be aware of your self care. Don't be on a screen all day. <3 Please do what you can, then live in the moment. Not attached to technology. Find a special place in your backyard to work outside. Find areas where you can just be and find beauty in your own home and yard. These are the following lessons I was teaching last week.
